Hi my deals seekers, I am super excited to share the deals I got today with you. I saved over $138 which is over 53% in savings. If you need diapers, head over to Walmart NOW to stock up, their superpack is on sale for $21.83. As usual Walmart is my favourite place to shop because they are super close to my house, they price match and they have a wide range of product brands.

So here’s the breakdown of my shopping trip:

  • Christmas Wrapping Papers – $1.75
  • Silver Hooks for Ornaments x4 – $0.25 x 4 = $1
  • Assorted Christmas Ribbons x 10 = $5
  • Christmas Gift Bags x12 – $0.25 x 12 = $3
  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch – $3.97
  • Aunt Jasmine Pancake Mix x 2 – $2 (PM Freshco) x 2 = $4
  • Aunt Jasmine Syrup – $2 (PM Freshco)
  • Clear Shampoo x4 – $3 (PM Freshco) x 4 = $12 – $2 off coupon x 4 = $4
  • E.D. Smith Strawberry Jam x2 = $1.44 (PM No Frills) x 2 = $2.88
  • Smuckers Strawberry Jam x 2 = $2,98 (PM Real Canadian Super Store) x 2 = $5.96 – $1 off coupon x 2 = $3.96
  • Nail Polish Remover x2 – $1.87 x 2 = $3,74
  • Pampers Swaddlers Size 6 (72 count) x 4 – $21.83 x 4 = $87.32

The Grand Total before applicable taxes is $122.62.

If there were no sale, no price matching and no coupons, the breakdown would be as follows:

  • E.D. Smith Strawberry Jam x2 – $3.47 x 2 = $6.94
  • Smuckers Strawberry Jam x 2 – $4.24 x 2 = $8.48
  • Nail Polish Remover x2 – $1.87 x 2 = $3,74
  • Pampers Swaddlers Size 6 (72 count) x 4 – $39.97 x 4 = $159.88

The Grand Total before applicable taxes is $261.14.

With the help of price matching, coupons and sales, I saved a total of $138.52 which is 53% savings. That is crazy!! So don’t underestimate your patience for sales, the power of price matching and coupons.  It took me about 15 minutes to organize this whole shopping trip and trust me anyone can do it.

Also, this time of the year is awesome for stocking up on Christmas items like wrapping papers, gift bows, Christmas ribbons, ornaments or anything Christmas related. They are all 75% off at Walmart.  Head over there and stock up for next year.
