These 6 weeks have flown by so fast and many things have changed in these past 6 weeks both physically and mentally.<\/p>\n<p>I am not going to lie, during some of my earlier days, I really wanted to quit but because I committed to you guys and myself to do it, I pull through. Also, during this process, I found out how important it is to have a workout buddy or a workout group. I know it sounds cliche to surround yourself with like minded people when you are working out.
